PreLock 95 Alcohol Ignition Interlock

PreLock 95 is a wireless breathalyzer consisting of a handheld unit and a central unit (vehicle unit).
The driver provides a breath sample into the handheld device. The handheld device communicates via radio with the central unit in the vehicle. The vehicle will not start if the driver’s breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) exceeds the permissible blood alcohol concentration. The breath sample data is stored with a date and time stamp.
The alcohol ignition interlock is user-friendly and can be easily installed and removed as needed, such as when switching vehicles.
The device consists of a handheld unit and a sensor that is installed in the vehicle. Before starting the vehicle, the driver must blow into the handheld unit to measure their blood alcohol content. If the measured value exceeds the specified limit, the vehicle is locked and cannot be started.
